blower motor on acc.

ok, so. i drive to my destination, turn the key off and the radio and everything still work as if it was on accesory. but... the blower motor kicks on. the blower motor kicks on also if you turn the key to accesory. its kinda annoying having it run weather the temp controll is on or not, and im always kinda worried its gonna kill my batt. all i wanna do is just turn it on accesory and listen to the radio, not a blower motor. is this weird? any advise?

Mine switches the blower on when I go between run & off, Acc. works fine, just that really small area inbetween run/off...
