door / handle key pad light

the light that lights up my keypad on the door is out.. anyone know what fuse to check.. or how to replace that bulb? is this common? its a 97

me 3. but... every once and a while mine will light up. and i noticed last night it lit up, but it was very dim.

The keypad is a sealed unit, so your best bet is to replace it. Once you get the door panel off, its held in with an 11mm nut, so make sure you have an 11mm socket before proceeding. 93-98 Use the same keypad if I am not mistaken.

yes, they are cheap.

The bulb can be replaced tho. 194 is the number.
