I just wondering if anyone knows who this guy is? He has been a member here for over a year. I bought some parts from him and he hasn't sent them, and stopped replying to my messages after he got my money!

He has more then enough time to ship the items and for them to arrive. Right now I'm out $150

I'll be filing a mail fraud claim with the US Postal Service on Monday if I haven't heard from him.

I have no idea where it is, it would be in my notes from then and I doubt I even have that anymore.

i bought that rear he had up for sale... well actually still in the process of buyin it lol.. sent the money, still waiting. i did get this message from him though '' Sorry its been so long The check cleared. But I am in the marines and they sent me to africa for 2 weeks I am in cali now and will be home on wendsday I will ship the rear end then. again sorry for the delay.'' got that almost 2 weeks ago. thats a legidiment reason though if its true.. hope that clears anything up for ya. and im hopin my rear will be here soon. im not too big on waiting for anything, but i'll give it a try. and if somehow it never shows up i'll take a roadtrip to MI

That's good info to know. Yeah, if he is in the Marines, I know they do have to travel a lot, sometimes on very short notice. I can understand, and appreciate his service to our Country if that is true. I'm just getting a little nervous at this point.

If he's in the Marines and had to deploy, he should be honorable enough to take 30 seconds once he found out, and send you a pm telling you wat's going on.

some people just procrastinate... ive bought stuff on ebay and sent the check first thing and got my product 8 months later after id given up waiting for it.. but for all we know he could have got shipped back out somewhere else with no warning.. it happens in the marines a lot

I'll be in tha part of Michigan in December. You might want to post this on Michiganspeed.com in the lounge. Allegan and Allegan county are just above Kalamazoo on the Southwest side of the state.
