Door panel question

Ok so I got everything to fix my motor for my passenger power window. Panels off but wtf is that seal that covers over the door idk what do I do with that peal it off? Can someone just give me a step to step whats left to do, the panels off now what do i do? Im replacing those 3 little white bushings i guess u could call them. Im doing a step by step that I got from another site but it dident cover this seal. Someone please help.

you mean the big thin thing that covers most of the door?

is so, thats the sound absorbing material,if you leave it off when your done ,you will have more noise than you can imagine coming into your car.

if you mean something else..post a pic...

just peel it back and when your done the motor, tape it back on with some duct tape. i dont even have one on my car. no difference to me.

Thanxs guys, I just peeled it back and did the work, im so happy window goes up and down, I thank you guys so much for helping me out, about 2 months ago i posted a question on how to fix the window and you guys told me exactly what i needed those 3 little cogs were a life savor, thanxs again.
