Whats Up Lvc! My Name Is Nitorious And I Just Purchased A 03 Lincoln Navi 2 Weeks Ago! The Navi Is Beautiful But Im Having Problems Already With My Suspension. My Passenger Rear Tire Keeps Hoping On The Highway And Im About 99.9% Sure That My Shock Is Blown But The Dealer Were I Purchased The Vechicle From Is Telling Me That Its Fine. Also I Noticed That When I Park The Truck My Right Side Lowers But Not My Left Side. Is That Normal? Also Yesterday My Check Suspension Light Keeps Coming On When Im Driving After 5 Minutes. I Turn Off The Car Turn It Back On And The Light Leaves. But It Keeps Doing The Same Thing. I Took It Back To The Dealer And There Telling Me That Still Nothing Is Wrong With It. Any Suggestions Lvc? Thanks!

I too know nothing about the Navigator, but I am a part of the Lincoln family as the proud owner of an LS. Anyway, I think that you will like it here, I know that I sure do.

Tell them next time you have it in for service that you will not pick it back up until the problem is fixed. Speak to the service manager and let them know that you will be corresponding with Ford directly about your problem. Start asking names and you might see a change in their responses. It is sad you have to do that to get any sort of real action taken on your car. Be sure to tell them the light is coming on, the car had a diagnostics thing on it that documents every single thing that goes on with it. They should have no problem fixing it, even if it means a new suspension. What good is a warranty if all they do is say they "can't duplicate" or "nothing found"? Can you tell we had an 2003 Navi for about 2 years? And no, both sides of the vehicle should lower not just one. Take pictures of that and the lights coming on so you have some sort of proof. Hope this helps some.
