Sure it is, you had a broken air ride and now you have a rebuilt suspension. But a new air ride system is clearly a more comfortable ride than a coil spring set up. Or is a Thunderbird equally as comfortable as a Mark VIII? A T-bird is comfortable, no doubt, but not AS comfortable. It's pretty simple. Or did Lincoln install an elaborate and expensive luxury suspension on these cars when the same thing could have been accomplished just as well with a coil spring? |
I thought you were talking to me. I also liked my air ride on the highway but not in town it was way too harsh. but all in all I say it still rides better now and handles better too. I am used to cars with coil springs under them. it handles much more predictably.

.........theres this little S curve out in the country i found, marked at 25mph.....i can now take it at 55mph without my tires screaming for mercy, or having the SUV-like body roll ......... lol

I agree with you on the handling too. you can't go too low in the front turborich, cause it really screws with the geometry.
