Front seal

I need to replace my front seal on the transmission. About how big of a job is this? and how much dose it typically cost? Is there anything else I should do while its apart? Thanks

Funny story that goes along with blowing seals.

So theres a penguin driving along, and all of a sudden, all the idiot lights on the dash start going in his Mark VIII, CEL's Check Air Ride, the whole nine yards. So he pulls his car into his buddys shop, and while his buddy is checking the car over he says "He pal, why don't you go across the street and get yourself some vanilla ice cream." The sad part of it is, penguins love vanilla ice cream, but they dont have hands, so they get the ice cream all over their beaks and their faces. The penguin goes back across the street and sees how everything is going and the mechanic says, "Well looks like you blew a seal." The penguin replies "No, it's just vanilla ice cream."
