I am about to put 20's on my 93 MKIII I know that I need a 43mm offset but am curious as to bolt pattern. Thanks for the help.

I think that translates to 5x4.25

Offset is only relative accompanied by the width of the wheel.

So if you are referring to a 7-7.5" wheel that offset will probably work although I would look for a lower offset than that to bring the wheel out of the wheel well a bit. Here are some good offsets matched up with width...

Notice that as we get to 9" wide wheels things start tightening up a bit.
7" wide wheel - +20MM to +45MM
7.5" wide wheel - +25MM to +42MM
8" wide wheel - +25MM - +38MM
8.5" wide wheel - +28MM - +38MM
9" wide wheel - +30MM - +36MM front or rear
9.5" wide wheel - +32MM front or rear
