easy lowering of a mark viii?

from what i can understand there is a way i can lower my car without really doing much. apparently if you do it, your ball joint wears out really really quick, but if you replace the ball joint it's fine. anyone have a clue?

thanks for the help. now by lowering the car this way, will i have any negitive camber? if so, does anyone make spindles or something to adjust the camber?

the camber is adjustable on our cars at any alignment shop.

excelent, my bro has all the alignment stuff at his shop so i don't have to worrie about that.
