Smokin Hot!

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

I have a 97 LSC with 122K miles on it. runs good but after a long drive on the highway, small amounts of smoke puff out from some where behind the motor! What is wrong? I thought it might have been the AC dripping condensation and steam coming from it. But the smoke is very light and smells like rubber? (very faint) Help please!

Check these 2 things....

Tranny dipstick O-ring, and the transmission output shaft seal. those are common culprits for the problem you describe.
