When I originally purchased my Mark VIII I noticed that the fuel lines under the passenger door had been pinched. My guess is that the previous owner most have applied pressure to the metal lines while jacking the car up once.
It doesn't leak. I'm not aware of any problems. And now, I have a 255lph pump pushing fuel through the system.
Is this a problem I need to address? And how would I do it?

If you are lookin at any performance outta your car then it is. If you are going to remain stock, I would not worry about it unless you notice that the car is starving for fuel.

I don't think it's starving for fuel. But, it's been like that for years so I wouldn't know the difference anymore.

The that's easiest to pinch in that location is the fuel vapor line; it's about 1/2 thick, bigger than the other 5/16 supply and return lines.
if it's the vapor line, I wouldn't worry about it.
