The FMS Trak-Lock rebuild kit's from Summit are $40.88 which I do not reccomend because MOST of the Ford carriers you will find to rebuild come from a stick shift car which brutalize the differential pinion shaft, it wears an egg shape into the bore of the soft factory iron of the carrier case and will cause premature failure down the road. The Ford posi unit is $214.88 from Summit then you buy gears and bearings, oil etc and your set. I also can't reccomend enough the FMS carrier stud kit fom Summit at $30.88. Id like to see anyone beat Summits pricing overall. |
