The liberal media is willing to contradict its own contentions concerning lack of pre-war evidence of terrorists in Iraq as long as what is said can be used to attack President Bush. At least, that’s what it looks like to me because for at least 2 years the democrats and liberal media have condemned the President as a liar when he said he believed Sadam was harboring terrorists. After all of the allegations of lying, suddenly some in the media are now willing to concede he was not lying. At least, this story indicates that some in the media are willing to concede the President had reasonable grounds to believe Sadam was harboring terrorists. If not, then why write a story attacking the President for not killing Zarqawi while he was in Iraq pre-war in 2002? |
