CobraStar Emblems Pricing, LET's GO!!!

Were ready!!!



Heres the run down. I have to get 100 orders (50 sets) total for a first run, this means I will have to pool that money before the first run will be completed. I figure 30-45 days to pool up the loot should be fine.

The pricing will be as follows:

1 set of 2 (two) will be: $39.99 Gold Members Pay: $34.99 per set of 2.

One emblem will be 19.99 Gold Members pay 17.50 each. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR BOARD NAME WITH YOUR ORDER!!
ALL Shipping charges will be as follow: $5.00 for a set of 2 and an additional $1.25 for each additional emblem.

There will be NO refunds of any type unless the project doesn't happen within the alotted time frame.

So lets GO!! We will see how many people really want them.

Yes. You would have to buy 3m molding tape and re apply the tape then re apply the emblem.

Yes the head faces to the right but i think it would look hot anyway. I intend to place a 4.6 emblem or an LSC emblem under it ( which ever looks better in seize) to give it a smokin look i think IMO.

He said it was 5.00 shipped up to 4 then 1.25 for each additional so it will cost 5 bucks for each you order separately if you do it your way

I asked because I was trying to make sense of the math:

Gold member prices:
$34.99 for a pair. (17.50 each) pair of emblems + $5 s/h = $39.99
$14.99 for one. (14.99 each) 2 emblems + $5 s/h = $34.98

That being the case, perhaps I should ammend my order and save a couple bucks. I was originally refraining from ordering until I resolved the math issue.

a buddy of mine had a paypal thingie for e bay a while ago so he is gonna see if its still active and ill pay that way, cuz if i use a money order from my bank and i fill out the name than there is no refund in case it dosent go through

OK Just so everyone knows you don't need to have a paypal account to pay via PayPal unless the seller (most often on EBAY) wants a verified buyer. As long as you have the sellers info you can pay with a Credit Card

Myabe this will help speed it up

It's pretty easy to set up a paypal account to pay for things and it's free. Receiving money is a bit more of a headache though.

If you do a money order through the post office you will have no problems refunding it later...hell if its not cashed they can tear it up and you can fill out a form and they'll cancel it and refund your money withing 14 days...I know I've used them before and I got my money back almost 3 months later.

My grille is broken, so I got a piece of mesh grille for $.01 from Autozone's clearance table, I'm going to install it this week. The CobraStar emblem seems like it would look good in the center of the grille. I'm going to install the mesh and print out a cobrastar to see if it looks good before I send $$.

It's called good faith, besides with out the commitment how can he put the order forth for them to get made. IMHO 5 bucks anywhere in the US is fair even for one of them.

I don't know him either but i would think a person in business would not look to ruin his name for something like 25 to 30 bucks, Not to mention his free advise all over this site that people would pay an arm and leg for learning in schools

Well learn to research people before you judge. I have been in business for 8 years and I have an excellent reputation, I wasn't referring to my circle of friends I was referring to any one of our thousands of customers in the past to vouch for me, we have been in business 8 years and DO NOT screw anyone.

Man, you don't honestly believe he would rip you off for $22.00. No, I don't know him personally either. But, being a new member to this board, I can say after reading hundreds of posts on this board, he has been nothing but helpful to folks who have had problems or needed questions asnswered. Check out his website. I don't think he would screw his reputation up by keeping your $22.00. He could probably buy you ten times over, If your so worried about being ripped off, then get your crayons out , draw you one up and tape it to your $.01 mesh grill! Jeez.................

It would be a good idea to advertise this more. I stumbled upon this thread by accident, as I rarely read the General forum, and stick mostly to the Mark VIII discussions. If this had gotten more exposure, I'm sure the sales would be pouring in much quicker. Maybe an announcement on the top of the page, or an email to all the members?

Not to be a dick here, but I don't just toss money at things and see what happens. I said when we got close enough, I'd order 6. I said count on those 6. When was the last time we got an update as to where we were? June 27th, over a month ago. I'm sorry if I think that my money can be better distributed elsewhere until near time to go on these things and everybody else just wants to toss in and wait, but thats just not my style. I shot the Funny Car Reunion this weekend both days. I said in an earlier post in this thread that I will get everything ironed out on Teusday 8/1/06 tomorrow. Before Dinner time tomorrow I willpost all details. Just to let you all know I have them and they are awesome, they will ship this week!!!

Right now I am recovering from Sun poison from the 125 degree track temps. And 100 degreee air temps with 90% humidity and resizing and cleaning about 450 photos.

No more waiting. Geno has 'em "in stock". You can buy as many as you want. And yes, use a decent quality enamel paint and paint 'em any color you want. Even match your car paint like a couple of guys are doing. Be creative.

I could see if you wanted to match the color of your car, but cheesy I THINK NOT! The original Linoln Logo was red if i'm not mistaken and that replaced the grayhound they used (see pic below) Then it developed into the star as we know it today.
