throttle stuck open

hey ken have u ever heard of the throttle gettin stuck open while drivin because the coupling on the throttle body to the intake tube made it stick

the dealership had my car and did a bunch of work to it (fluids and stuff like that) and when they test drove it that happened and he said they had to take the couplin off which doesnt make sense to me how bout u???

In the installation instructions we state that the clamps should only be SNUG and not tight. What is happening is that the clamps on the coupler squeeze the throttle body opening and causes the flap to not shut properly. Just make sure that you do not overtighten the clamps. They just need to be snug. That will cure your problem.
