cruise control not working

So since i put the stick shift in I notice my cruise doesn't work. It may not have worked prior to the install but it would have been shortly before. Any how the self test procedure gave me a code 28 which is a check valve malfunction and the koer test gave me a 22 code which says the engine vacume isn't within normal range. Any body had such a problem, or know how to fix it.

Sounds like you need to replace the check valve or any damage to the control of it.
