Need Some Help

what up guys
This is my first post and need some help with my audio.
I want to install a new Double Din Kenwood but ran into a problem.
When I took out the plug for the antana of my stock alpine 6 disc the cars electronic system goes DEAD basically I can't start the car or do anything and soon as i plug it back in everything works fine. I know its not spose to do this anybody know what could cause this problem.
