Cobra brake and rim conversion

Just bought 13 cobra brake kit from muscle motors performance, my question is for a 98 lsc, would it be easier to change to sn95 hubs? plan on changin all 4 bearing, rotors, calipers, and wheels to cobra equipment. or can i sleep well at nite just drilling rotors to fit? Also I saw on ebay this kit for 13" rear cobra upgrade, will this fit also or just stay with the 11"
