Ken I am trying to order that LSE grille today to get it by Friday, but I have tried 2 different cards on your site and both were declined by fraud services. I have ordered things from you with these cards before....please let me know what I need to do to fix this tonight. James Cooper

This is for anyone purchasing and an item on my website. Your billing address you submit on the website MUST match the address where your credit card statement gets mailed to. If it doesn't it will decline it. This is Verisign's fraud protection services at work.

Remember, your billing address must match the credit card billing statement address.

Well I ended up using paypal because it wouldn't accept my address. Please make sure it takes off the 2 pending transactions off of my account tho. Somehow it charged me twice on my bank account even though it said it denied the transaction.
