dunno bout the navigator but I believe this bonneville "BadSSEI" is running one. They nicknamed it Blowzilla.

I've been thinking of a Whipple for my Expedition but my wife runs the kids around with it and I don't think my 'towing' argument is gonna cut it.

It is a great mod. So if you are thinking of doing it to your Nav, I heartily recommend it. (Just don't tell your wife).
