i cant decide what color to paint my LS this summer, any suggestions? im thinking about going with the Jaguar racing green, i really like that color and doubt i would ever see another Lincoln with it, or stick with black

Good color choice I like that green too. Go for it! That would look pretty sweet.

where do you get the paint from

It's really expensive to change colors, because of all of the labor involved to do door jambs, engine well, etc. But if I were gonna do it, I guess I would do a multi-color 3-stage with candy. Something dark though, in a blue. You can get some amazing looks with a urethane candy mid-coat over a metallic base.

I agree with sloban.. i was gonna get a urethane kandy black on a mid coat metallic base.. but not yet

i was going to buy some touch-up paint from jaguar then take it to sherwin williams automotive and have them make some to match it

we have a place called Ketone in the Chicago area where they use a handheld scanner to scan the paint on the car and then they mix the paint to be exact for you. In spray paint, gallon, pint, etc..

See if they have one out by you.

Iam a painter (house not car), but its almost the same thing. I deal with sherwin williams alot and have an account there and get a big discount on paint products. Im pretty sure that it applies to auto paint. If you want to you can use my account or try to and get the discount. Let me know, so i can let my boss know.

Also you can print the color off like 02 said and they should have no problem match it. I have seen them match colors that are decades old.

Nothing looks better than a black car with a clean paint job.
