When I posted the Gen 2 door panels on the 96, somebody saw the red strip on my dash and wanted to know what it was. I just got them put on the Gen 2 doors. Well, here it is. I know some wont like it, But I do get a lot of complements. It looks real bright in the pictures. But when you see it first hand it's real subtle.

Looks like the inside of a limo. I'd probably like it if it were more of a mood light.. like hidden. Looks weird in the day time.

No. I spent some time on it last weekend but couldn't get it figured out. Will give it a try again this weekend. Everything else is working. The windows are the odd thing, you only need half the wires, and when I say everything, I mean everything. Including the keyless door remote and keyless pad.

I think it looks pretty darn cool! Where'd you get it, and is it available in blue?

Thanks,
It is available in Blue,Green,Red,Purple and Yellow. They are 20.00 ea. and you need 3. Its not difficult to put them in. You need some quality silicone and some patience. They look great from outside the car at night when you look in. I would also recommend you put a switch on them so you can turn them off. I'm not sure if its legal to do, so when I see a cop at night I can shut them down.
