chrome peeling off

I have a 2000 town car and the chrome is peeling off from the movable part of two of my exterior door handles. Is this something easy to find and replace? Do I need the entire door handle assembly or is just the inner movable part replaceable? I have removed door pannels from earlier town cars for speaker installs and window regulator replacements so I can do some things.

Gonna replace the whole handle.

IMHO - get a new unit. They all WILL peal with time (I'm a lucky one, no pealing on my 1987 TC)
