Troopers arent the brightest people sometimes

So im stuck on the highway behind this struck that got his trailer stuck under and overpass ---

Im standing on the road, talking to the trucker and up comes a State Trooper.

The trooper walks up, looks at the truck stuck under the overpass and looks back at the trucker and says "Got your trailer stuck huh?"

The trucker, without blinking, points to the overpass and says "No Sir, I was delivering that overpass and ran out of gas"

That trooper must have graduated last in his class.

Well don't you remember the story of the cop that didn't get hired because his IQ was to high.

No link. This was a couple years ago. I don't even remember where it was but it is a true story. An applicant was denied a job as a police officer because his IQ was to high. The sad part is, is that I think his IQ was like 120ish
