I've never been a fan of emblems and badges on a car, so the other night, I removed the trunk lid writing.

I think it gives it a cleaner look. the only problem is, now I wont be able to use my:

Unknown person: "Hey man, nice car. What is it"
Me: "Can you read?"
Unknown person: "Well of course I can read"
Me: "Look on the trunk lid"

Nice. I have a 98 LSC and like the new look you gave it!

What did you use to get the glue off?

Posted by: Frogman

Well sir, I used a 9.99 walmart hair dryer, and lots of patience.

Then, I used a Goo Off type of a product to remove the remaining glue. Whatever you use to remove the glue residue, please make sure you test it somewhere first. All of those petroleum based products have various effects on plastics.
