Accessory Headlights on Hidden Headlamp "TC" Marks...

I was just reading the Mark VI 4 door/Pucci thread and remembered a question that has been bugging me for some time.

In the same timeframe, I'm thinking on Mark VI 4 doors but maybe it was a TC option, I recall seeing at least one car with a really nice set of large round clear glass flat lamps that were mounted directly ON the headlamp doors.... does anyone remember anything like this?

Anybody have a picture or recall the model?

Yeah.. LTD and Cougars had somthin like that as well. My 78 TC had standard flip headlight so it was not in 78.
