I'll do one better:

Its a 80s Volvo wagon with Dodge Shadow headlights, Prowler dash, L98 SB chevy motor, and late 80s Caddy Deville tallights.

Looks more like 94-99 Deville lights to me.
And that car is extremely disgusting.
