window issue

ok heres the deal, about a year ago my window stopped working(driver side) so i changed the motor and regualtor. but every often some of the other windows dont work. somwtimes they do. now only my left side passenger works. anyways while installing a speaker i noticed a small black (driver side door) its near the top right side. I think this seems to be the main unit as i hear a clicking noise coming from there when i push the window button.Does anyone know if i change this will my windows work again. I really dont think its the motor cuz otherwise they would not work at all. not sometimes yes and sometimes no like now. thanks

I'd get a master switch and see if that works.
