Lincoln LS Headlight and Fog Light Information

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

This is information for folks thinking of upgrading their bulbs in their Lincoln LS/LSE. The breakdown is as follows:

LOW BEAM
2000-2002 Lincoln LS/LSE - 9006
2003-2006 Lincoln LS/LSE - H11 (non-HID), D2R (HID)

HIGH BEAM
2000-2006 Lincoln LS/LSE - 9005

FOG LIGHT
2000-2002 Lincoln LS/LSE - 9145 (aka H10)
2003-2005 Lincoln LS - 9145 (aka H10)
2004-2006 Lincoln LSE - H11

You will note that the 04-06 LSE takes a different fog light bulb than previous years. It states in the owner's manuals that it takes the H11 bulb. Some have disputed that it takes an H8 bulb but it clearly defines it in the owner's manuals that is takes an H11 bulb. I hope this helps anyone looking to purchase bulbs for their LS in the future.

I don't know if there is a brighter 3157 bulb or not unless you go with an LED version.

Great info, Ken. I assume you will post this on the LSKoncepts website so people know what bulbs to order.

I have updated my Hoen bulb information with the correct information. I only found out about it when someone with a 2006 LSE bought the 9145 fog light bulbs and they didn't fit the fog light assembly. So, we looked into the owner's manual and found out they used the H11.
