Brake Noise?

Well I decided to change all the rotors and pads last weekend and the fluid and now I get this noise sometimes not all the times its hard to describe pretty loud though I am gonna take it apart again and see if I see anything but if anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it lol

Was it the ABS sensor rubbing against the inside of the rotor? What year Town Car???

Naw wasn't the ABS sensor its a 1993 it was some clips on the rear pads
