Dynomax Ultraflow X pipe

Would this work in place of the 3rd cat? Looks like a quality 2 in 2 out muffler with x pipe inside.

Probably with some doing, some people have used the Magna-Flow 2in 2out

I have a magnaflow 2 in 2 out, it sounds alright, but I wish i would have gone with a different muffler and an H-pipe instead of an X.
