Hey guys. I just bought a 1995 Continental through eBay and I'll be picking it up in a couple weeks. I test-drove a few locally and really liked it, so I placed my bid and now its mine.

Past cars:
1992 Infiniti Q45
1991 MB 300E
1988 Mazda 929 (2)
Miscellaneous Mazda, Ford, and Nissan cars and trucks.

Current cars:
1990 Nissan Maxima 5-speed
1995 Lincoln Continental

Pictures of the Continental:

I'm also a regular at NICOclub.com, moderator at Cadillacowners.com, and I own q45.org.

So, hello!

Welcome.

How did you like the 300e?

I have seen a 1991 300e with 453 miles on it. It is like brand new and the owner wants $20000 for it.

If it would be a 300ce I would buy it.
Here is a picture that I took.

There's an aesthetic perfection about the MB W124 that you cant find anywhere else. It doesnt have the raw power or total responsiveness of comparably priced Japanese or American cars (except the Porsche-built 500E), but it feels incredible. When you step out of the car you feel cleansed, and the outside world seems filthy.

I worry about insanely-low-miles cars because of rubber parts that rot and fluids that have been neglected. A car that gets driven gets maintained.
