Replace Multi-function switch

Anyone know how to remove the trim bezel on the ignition switch to get the upper cover off the steering column?

There are 4 phillips head screws that can only be accessed from the bottom... Make sure the screw driver has a long neck, as it is receesed about 1-1/2" inches...
