Also i put it on cruse at 50, and my instant mpg for 1 mi was btwn 14-16mpg! thats usuially my BEST mpg rating (@50 that is), and then i took it off cruse, and let it coast, and it was getting a best of 26-27mpg going from 50-40mph. I had noticed a little bit of the fluid disapearing from the resovuar tank, so thats why i wanted to see if there were bubbles from a blown head gasket. I pulled back in the driveway, and it was still cold, popped the hood and looked in. No bubbles. I let it idle for a min longer, and it warmed up, and as soon as the thermostat opened up (or it just got hot enough) it started shooting a little bit of steam from the coolant crossover tube and a little leak from there. So im assuming thats where the coolant is going. Does anyone know whats up with the fuel mileage thing? Im assuming this is a little beyond the air in the cooling system.
