Hey guys.Today when I got to work I stopped at a light and the idle surged up and then down. There was also A funky kind of sound like a dry bearing or something.Any ideas.

Does it just go and come? How often does it happen?Someone out there has to know something about this.

Check your TPS voltage and clean your IAC. If either are bad, replace 'em.That should help.

Does it only do it with the AC on, or does it do it all the time? Is it worse when the car is first started? DO like Tommy said, check the TPS, clean the IAC and EGR. If that doesn't fix it, you may want to adjust the idle.

That sounds more like the TV cable. You may want to check and make sure the bushing in there isn't toast.
