Have you driven in any bad weather yet!!!!

Posted by: ekenkade

not on this journey, but once i drove on an iced over road, sleeting and raining, foggy, and plowing my own way through the snow.
does this answer your ? ?

Posted by: pepperman

That it does kade, last winter i had to drive in the snow , what should have taken about 2 and a half hours took 4 and a half hours. I had to drive about 25 mph all the way back home, almost wiped out 3 times.

Posted by: ekenkade

see what i meant in my e-mail about little things can do a lot of damage?
i hate when the drive that should take a good hour or so takes longer due to weather!!

Posted by: pepperman

On the way back home last winter i must have seen about 15 to 20 cars that ran off the road!!!

The cost of RedBull pisses me off.

I go through a case a day.

Better than tobacco I suppose. *Shrug*

Posted by: 94m5

And the price of natural gas also torques me off.

Posted by: pepperman

Mike, anything is better than tobacco, i have never tried RedBull yet!!!

Posted by: 94m5

I bought a gallon of milk the other day, and the damned thing had chunks in it when i got it home.

All I wanted was a PB&J sammich, and a big glass of 2%. Not Cottage cheese.

Posted by: 94m5

Oh yea.......I am due for a new avatar...so NOW I have to go looking through scores of beautiful women to find "that perfect one".

Posted by: pepperman

What is the price of gas where you live now, here it is $1.97 a gallon for 87!!

Posted by: 94m5

I'm talking natural Gas, for heating the home.

Posted by: pepperman

from what i have read the price of natural gas for heating the home is suppose to be high this year!!!!

I'm tired of sending resumes out and not hearing anything back from companies. I quit my job in March to find a career job I went to college for and so far all I've gotten has been turn downs. Its really depressing when all of your friends are succesful and you are still trying to progress in your life but can't because you are waiting for a job. I live in the middle of nowhere where opportunity is null and I am wanting to move to create more opportunities but need a job first and this is the most frustrating thing about it.

Hang Tight Hawk03 your break will come, keep pluggin away babe.

Posted by: ekenkade

this is mikes dad. this spring if you can pass a welding test on pipe there is going to be a slew of jobs. i am getting ready to pull the pin on working construction and draw my 2 penisons. If any young people like to weld and can take the stress of construction, work if really going to take off. Canada is going to offer dual citizenship if you work on the oilsand project. there are certain restriction that you have to meet. they are looking at at least seven years of work on it. construction work is real hard on marriages and family life.jds353

Posted by: Hawk03

Thanks for everyones support and encouragement. I know it will happen and I just need to keep my head up and in a positive direction. In the mean time between jobs I'm doing small home improvement projects but welding is out of my league. I pick up things fast and work hard but I will let the skilled professionals handle the important work.

My friend has one(Lanos) and they are not cool at all. I always drive and last weekend my friends and I took a trip and told him to drive. Cheap on the inside and out but if its all you need I guess they aren't bad. I wouldn't buy one but thats me. We always ask him where the handle is to carry it because it is so small.

Posted by: MsM8tress

aggiestckl Hey Hottie

gotta tell ya, lolololol I had a VCR by that company before they made cars (who knows, coulda been made at the same factory!)....the VCR sucked and broke in about 3 months. I would never consider buying, driving or bieng in one.

Well, it would make a good disposable car...lolol
