93 lincoln mv111 and 99cad cts

Hey!
It's been great to find this site!! I have a 93 mark v111 and my sister has a 99 I think sts or cts something like that.. anyway question is for me:: I just replaced the right front air strut and got it from american air.. it is working but the car is riding rough and seems to be riding very high. any ideas???

also: little sisters car is leaking water into the trunk!! trunk seal looks ok ??
water gets in while parked?? any ideas....
