91' Continental Rear Brake dragging

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Just found this issue on my 91' Continental, but I feel it may be in several rear brake systems.

Rear brake lines, the flexible rubber line. IF they have a CLAMP in the middle of them that attaches them to the strut, The clamped area of the multi-layered hose in an older car will "collaspe" under the clamped area and will not let fluid run thru properly, only a dribble of oil will be able to get thru under pressure, hence after you take your foot off the brake, the rear brake pads will stay locked up for 10 minutes or so.. If you loosen the bleeder and your brake peddel doesn't go down easily and shoot fluid out easily, Look at the rubber hose as being restricted! I've seen lots of them in the 91 thru 93 Continentals! After cutting the hose apart, it was fine on both ends right up to the clamped area then under the clamp 100psi air pressure would not even go thru!

Let me know if you've seen this or had this problem!
