2000 Navigator Air ride issue

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Hey Guys,
Just joined today, got a quick question.
My air ride seems to kick in even after the truck is off. Say I were to turn it off after a drive and stick around the vehicle, after about 5 minutes I hear the compressor start up and go for about 5 or 10 seconds. Is this normal or is there an issue I should be concerned about. Thanks!!

It just levels the truck off....the compressor stays on aware for 30-45 mins after you shut her down..
so if you go and load stuff in the back it will still level it up to 45 mins..

I always think that a lincoln always keeps herself looking good, there she is always level and straight.
