How hard are they to change??

it is pretty easy to change acutally. just remove the climate control bezal, then you should see 4 screws on each corner, remove the old one and it is plug and play after that. note to remove and install of the climate control you have to put your e-brake on and put your shifter into 2nd gear in order for the CC to clear properly! it is not that bad it only took me 15 mins to replace my old one which had every single button cracked.

Speaking of these climate controls, has anyone ever experienced the illumination not working on certain buttons? My Max AC button and Automatic dont illuminate. The sometimes it strangely ligts up. What's up with that?
