01 navigator air suspension problem

the air suspension on my navigator is not working, the rear end is sitting down, I have ckd all fuses, but all are o.k.,

the compressor has always ran alot, and was quite noisy, but this is the first time I have had any problems. Is there an easy way to tell if the compressor is out? thanx, Frank
