Dash Removal on 1986 deville

I took out the 3 screws on dash dont know if i should pry it up or what but attempting to install two rockford punch full range speakers with the tweeters on them need some more highs cuz will have of boom in trunk, but anyway "whats the easiest way to remove a dash and take those square pos speakers out on dash because its all metal around it too and no screws i noticed the speaker wire is actually connected through a cylinder shaped hole however there is a very hard plastic between me and the plastic and i cant get my raiser blade down there...... someone could tell me an easy way to remove my dash need to drop some tweeters thanks
