abs and traction contol probs 95 sts

traction control disengaged light comes on control center and abs light comes on also tried reset but both lights come back on. appears there is some loss of acceleration on takeoff.
checked front wheels for wires and harness problems found what appears to be a wire broken going to wheel bearing sensor is this the culprit or should i look elsewhere?
