need help

Hi i have a 91 cadillac deville. It has been sitting since may. Well we decided to start it up and it wont go. Never had problems before. We tried jumping it and charging battery. what can i do to get this car going? it just clicks when you try to start it. wont turn over. Lights come on and all???

Get a new battery thats it yours isnt holding a charge
