No Heat or A/C

the heat on my mark 7 isnt working well at all. i got the car a few months ago and havent learnd alot about the problems these cars are common for. anyway the air blows out well but only at about the outside temp. also the a/c doesnt blow cold anymore, just somewhat cool (this sucks real hard since my windows dont roll down right now just the sunroof opens ) any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated so i can have it fixed befor winter.
