Gasket help.......major issue right now

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

i changed the oil in my 93 and for some reason the gasket there behind the unit you screw the filter into went and now leaks crazy. My grandpa told me how to do it because he had the same problem with his grand marqis (*sp). so i did what he told me but.....he told me to drain all the fluid from the radiator so that it wouldn't spill out onto me when i took the part off. idk if he's crazy or not but i haven't done that yet, he told me that it was pretty easy but i can't even fine a single bolt to unscrew to change the gasket. Is there something i don't know? I need my car running so i can go to class but right now i'm stuck and keep having to push class off over and over. Is this something that i should just take to a shop or with my expirence, which i seem to have enough of, should i try it myself with some help from you guys?

are you sure you didnt double gasket the oil filter? Did you check to make sure the old oil filter gasket is on the old filter?
