85 TC Transmission Shift Indicator

Hello, I am buying my grandmother a 85 TC with 109,000 miles on it. The car is White with a Blue Nylon Top and Has Blue Leather. The car pretty much looks brand new. I have a garage and am getting the car wholesale off of a local Lincoln lot for less than 1,000.00. The only problem, which I have seen before, but have never repaired, is that the Transmission PRND21 Indicator is misaligned. My grandmother loves the car, but I want to know how to fix this problem.
