I was doing my morning eBay browsing and came across an auction claiming to have an all chrome grille for the LS. However, the picture they show is for either the Lincoln Navigator or Aviator. Be careful when you buy items like this because sometimes the seller doesn't always know what will fit or not.

What if it is a custom grill made from a LSE and a stock grille? That would be all chrome would it not?

Hard to tell from the Ebay photos what it fits. All the new Lincoln grills look the same. And I worked at a L/M dealer.

I have bought numerous items from him before too but I think he is confused on this one. I emailed him to let him know it isn't for a Lincoln LS.

Yep, town car... town car LS to be specific. Seen lots of Lincoln LS parts mislabled in the past. Sellers forgetting to include the actual model of the car. Other than the grille looking huge, the logo was just all wrong.

i hope who ever bid on it doesn't have a LS, cause that would suck, i dont think it would possible to fit a town car grill on a LS.

I noticed a lot of people list lincons ls from 1999-2002 then the next generation was 2003+ But i always thought that the first lincoln ls was a 2000???

they were first produced in 00 but if you read you litle sticker itll say 99 so people that dont know much about ls' will often say 99 due to lack of info

they also say that some parts are 2000-2003 gen(like headlights), but it should really be 2000-2002 cause the 2003+ is 2nd gen.
