What will you use the car for the most?

Cruising on the Highway?

Driving mostly around town?

Do you care to turn 3000+ rpm at 80?

What works for one person, may not work for another. Most everyone is for the 4.10 gears. I think they are a bit steep fro Highway driving. Others are for the 3.73's. They are nice for highway cruising, but not as good for off the line grunt.

I'm running 4.10's on my 95, and have no problem running 80 down the highway for hours on end. You have a Ford 8.8" gear set in back. If your getting a limited slip unit, you need the 28 spline version to fit the halfshafts.

4.30's, $100-$200. Ford Racing is around $150 if you shop around. They are the quietest and don't whine if you install and break them in properly...
