I want to know why they don't make a die cast model or any kind of model for 90 series Cadillacs? I really want a die cast of a 96 Deville, but NOOOOOOOO can't make that model!

Try looking not for a die cast model, but for a dealer promo unit. They are basically a 1:24th scale plastic preassembled model, given out to dealers who reached certain sales quotas. They are very collectible and readily availible usually not much more than a good die cast kit.
